How Qasmi Consulting Began
Sahar Qasmi spent years working alongside executive leaders — supporting national initiatives, coordinating complex cross-functional projects, managing governance processes, and building the operational infrastructure that kept important work moving. What she found, again and again, was that the leaders she admired most were carrying far more than they should. She built Qasmi Consulting to offer something different: a partner who could step in, learn an organization deeply, and create the clarity and capacity that allowed leaders to focus on the work only they could do.
